MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025: 15,797 MBBS, BDS seats in round 3; register by tomorrow

A total of 4,821 seats are available in the clear vacancy for NEET UG round 3 counselling, while 10,737 are included in the virtual vacancy round.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the seat matrix for the NEET UG 2025 round 3 counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes today.
The NEET UG 2025 round 3 counselling is being conducted for a total of 15,797 for admission to UG medical courses at various government, government-aided, and private colleges across the country.
As per the seat matrix, a total of 4,821 seats are available in the clear vacancy for NEET UG round 3 counselling, while 10,737 are included in the virtual vacancy round 3 counselling 2025.
Additionally, the committee has added 139 seats under the NEET UG 2025 round 3 counselling. The MCC NEET UG 2025 round 3 counselling began on September 27, and will end on October 5, 2025.
At the end of round 2, a total of 4,798 candidates joined government medical college for MBBS, with 2,246 opting to retain their seats. Only 86 allotted students did not join their allotted college, indicating strong preference and stability for government MBBS seats.
MCC NEET UG round 3 choice filling
The MCC NEET UG counselling round 3 registration link is active at MCC’s official website at mcc.nic.in.
The choice filling process will also conclude on October 5, and the choice filing window will be active from 4 pm, October 5, 2025. The MCC NEET UG 2025 Counselling round 3 seat allotment process will begin from October 6 to 7 and the result will be declared on October 8, 2025.
Currently, candidates who have been seats under the MCC NEET UG 2025 Counselling round 2 must report to their allotted seats between October 9 and 17.
Document verification by the institute will be commenced from October 18 and will end on October 19, 2025.
