NEW DELHI: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has extended the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2024 phase 2 registration deadline. As per the revised date, candidates will now be able to apply for MET 2024 phase 2 exam till April 22. Candidates can fill the MET 2024 application form on the official website at manipal.edu. Earlier, the MET 2024 registration deadline was April 15.
Candidates are required to submit the application fee to complete the MET registration process. The MET 2024 application fee for all candidates is Rs 600. The MET 2024 slot booking will start on May 4 to 7. The MET 2024 phase 2 is scheduled to be conducted on May 18 and 19. MET 2024 is being conducted on April 16 and 17.
MET 2024 Registration: Documents required
Candidates will require the following documents during MET 2024 registration.
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 marksheet
- Academic certificates
- Category certificates
- Bank details for application fee payment
- Valid photo Id
MET 2024 exam pattern
The MET 2024 phase 2 exam will be held online in computer-based test mode. The duration of MET 2024 exam is two hours. The test comprises of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. The MET 2024 paper carries a total of 240 marks. Candidates will be awarded 4 marks for each correct MCQ answer, and 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response. However, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers in NAT questions.
The MET 2024 paper is divided into sections, with Mathematics consisting of 15 MCQs and 5 NAT questions, Physics with 10 MCQs and 5 NAT questions, Chemistry with 10 MCQs and 5 NAT questions, and English with 10 MCQs and no NAT questions.
