MGU CAT 2024 registration process begins for MTech, MBA; exam on May 17

NEW DELHI: Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has begun the registration process for the Mahatma Gandhi University Common Admission Test (MGU CAT) 2024 for admission to postgraduation (PG) programmes, today. Eligible candidates can fill out the registration form by visiting the university website at cat.mgu.ac.in.
The procedure for filling out the application form for MGU CAT 2024 will be continued only till March 30. The MGU CAT 2024 aptitude test for admissions to Masters in Technology (MTech), Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and other post-graduation programmes is scheduled to be conducted on May 17, 18.
Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1,200 to register for the MGU CAT 2024 exam. Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates from Kerala will have to pay an application fee of Rs 600 for each programme or cluster of programmes listed as a single option.
“If a candidate opts for different programmes of different schools for which different tests are to be taken, a separate fee shall be remitted for each such programme,” the institute said.
Based on the qualifications chosen by the candidates, a list of programmes available under CAT will be listed. Candidates can choose a maximum of four programmes from different Schools.
Candidates applying for the MGU CAT 2024 should go through the eligibility criteria laid down by the university, before starting the registration process. The selection process for MGU CAT will be conducted at the university campus, after the announcement of results.
