NEW DELHI: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra is conducting MHT CET 2021 exam from September 20 to October 1. The exams are being conducted in two shifts - morning and evening.

Through the MHT CET exam, students can take admissions into various undergraduate programmes such as BTech, BPharm, agriculture etc.
Students will need to register for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for admission through MHT CET 2021 exam. Apart from that, students can also take admission through state counselling.

Usually, Maharashtra colleges close admissions to BTech Computer Science at a high cut-off. The highest rank at which a college opened seats to BTech CS last year through CAP counselling was 5,614 at Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur.
The colleges have not announced the all India CAP ranks yet, however you can check last year’s all India CAP closing ranks in round 1 of top 20 colleges for BTech Computer Science to get an idea.

As per The Indian Express report, around 4,24,773 candidates will be appearing for the MHT CET exam 2021 till October 1.
