Check NowNEW DELHI: The state Common Entrance Test cell, Maharashtra has released the final merit list for the first round of MHT CET Common Admission Process (CAP) 2024. Candidates who registered for the MHT CET counselling 2024 can check the category-wise merit lists on the official website, fe24.mahacet.org. The option form for CAP round 1 will be available soon.

The CET cell has released the PCM and PCB merit lists for candidates belonging to the Maharashtra State (MS), All India (AI), and Jammu-Kashmir (JK) categories. Applicants will need their application number and date of birth to check their final merit status, whether they have been selected. The merit list PDF includes application ID, candidate’s name, gender, date of birth, category, candidature type, CET percentile, Class 10 score, Class 12 score, and other details.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the category-wise final merit list.
- Visit the official website of CET counselling - fe24.mahacet.org
- Click on the link for final merit list 2024-25 on the homepage
- A PDF will be displayed on the screen
- Find your roll number and save the PDF file for future reference
MHT CET Counselling 2024: Instructions for candidates
- Check the final merit status through candidate’s login and verify the correctness of the final merit number.
- Ensure that the information shown on the final merit list such as name, qualifying marks, category, gender, reservation, special reservation claimed by the yourself are correct.
- The SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC and EWS as well as SEBC candidates who submitted receipt of caste or tribe validity certificate, Non Creamy Layer certificate, EWS certificate during registration, e-verification or physical document verification and confirmation period should upload and verify original certificates at physical scrutiny center or e-Scrutiny center and submit original certificate to the admitted institute on or before third round last date of reporting otherwise these candidates' admission will get automatically cancelled and shall be considered as open category candidates for next institute level round provided candidate fulfill eligibility criteria for open category.
- In later stage, if it is found that the seat allotted to the candidate on the false claims made in the application by the candidate, then such allotment or admission taken in the allotted institute shall be cancelled automatically.
- The merit list gives the relative position of the candidate and it does not guarantee admission to any course or institute.
- In order to participate in the CAP (subject to fulfillment of the eligibility requirements of respective CAP round), it is mandatory to fill and confirm the online option form for respective CAP round.
