NEW DELHI: The Madhya Pradesh education department has asked districts to rectify the discrepancies in the MP Board result entries 2024. The education department informed that the evaluation work of MP Class 10, 12 exams 2024 has been completed by the districts.
“Based on the detailed data analysis of the result entries so far, some discrepancies are being seen, keeping this in mind, it should be ensured that action is taken to complete the following process before the examination results are declared,” the state education department said while issuing directions to the district education officers.
MP Board Result 2024: Sample verification
The districts have been asked to complete the following before declaring MP Board Class 10, 12 results 2024.
- To ensure that there is no human error in the evaluation or mark entry of the answer sheets of the candidates in each evaluation center, the answer sheets have been marked for re-evaluation on the basis of advanced analysis. The list of the candidates is available on the examination portal for reviewing the marked answer sheets.
- Re-check (evaluate) the answer sheets of the said candidates and match them with the marks entered earlier. If there is no error, select "No Change" otherwise correct the marks. Provision has been made on the portal for this work whose detailed description is also being sent.
- Candidates who have been marked absent from the project or half-yearly examination by mistake should be rectified and if marks have not been entered, then correct marks should be entered immediately.
- Make arrangements as per the requirement of subject wise teachers for the work of re-checking of answer sheets in the evaluation centres.
- A teacher should not be given the same answer sheet of a candidate, whose answer sheet has been checked by them, for review again.
- For the smooth conduct of this work, video conferencing will be done by the Director and Permission Director at 2 PM on April 8 (Monday) through WEBEX in which the DPC of the district will be present. All programmers, examination in-charge and BRC will participate whose link will be sent separately.
- All the officers of the district will sit at one place and participate in video conferencing.
- Make sure to complete all the work of sample verification of evaluation and mark entry by April 13, 2024.
