Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday announced that the NEET 2021 application form will be released today, July 13 from 5 PM onwards. Medical aspirants can fill the NEET 2021 form through the official website at neet.nta.nic.in .

Before proceeding to fill the NEET application form, students must keep the following information and details ready.

Valid Email address

Aadhaar number

Relevant certificates of Class 10 and class 12 like mark sheet, certificate, roll number, school address, and other details.

A valid government-issued identification

Scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate and postcard size photograph

Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, UPI payment gateway details.
