NEET 2021 application form to be released soon; know the details

NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 application form will be released soon on the official website. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday announced that the NEET 2021 application form will be released today, July 13 from 5 PM onwards. Medical aspirants can fill the NEET 2021 form through the official website at neet.nta.nic.in .

“The NEET (UG) 2021 will be held on 12th September 2021 across the country following COVID-19 protocols. The application process will begin from 5 pm tomorrow through the NTA website(s),” tweeted Dharmendra Pradhan.

NEET 2021 - Things to keep handy

Before proceeding to fill the NEET application form, students must keep the following information and details ready.

• Valid mobile number

• Valid Email address

• Aadhaar number

• Relevant certificates of Class 10 and class 12 like mark sheet, certificate, roll number, school address, and other details.

• A valid government-issued identification

• Scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate and postcard size photograph

• Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, UPI payment gateway details.

How to fill NEET application form 2021

Below are the steps to fill the NEET application form 2021.

1. Register as a new user at the official NTA website.

2. Fill in all the details as required in the form.

3. Upload the documents.

4. Pay the NEET application fee using any of the payment methods.

5. Print the NEET acknowledgment receipt for future reference.

• Latest photograph (80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background)

• Postcard size picture (Must be taken on or after September 1, 2019)

• Signature (White background in black ink)

• Left-hand thumb impression (With blue ink on white background)

• Scanned copy of Class 10 passing certificate
