NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 registration date soon. The NEET UG 2025 exam schedule, information bulletin will also be issued along with the registration dates. Students who fulfill the NEET 2025 eligibility criteria will be able to register for NEET UG 2025 through the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.

As per the past trends, the testing agency may release the NEET 2025 registration form this week. NEET 2025 exam is conducted for admissions to BDS, BVSc, and AH courses, in addition to MBBS, AYUSH, and BSc nursing programmes.

As per the revised NEET UG exam pattern 2025, the question paper will consist of 180 compulsory questions. NEET UG 2025 will have 45 questions in physics and chemistry sections 90 in that of biology.

Previously, each subject had 35 compulsory questions in Section A and 15 optional ones in Section B. The revised NEET UG exam pattern for 2025 is as follows

NEET UG 2025: Highlights

The NEET UG 2025 registration form will be made available on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in 2025.
APAAR ID, previously called the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC), is no longer mandatory for NEET UG exam 2025 registration.
Students who are studying in Class 12 or have passed the board exam in the previous year will be eligible to apply for the exam.
The NEET exam will be held in 13 languages - English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
Students will be able to create login credentials by providing a valid email address and mobile number.
The NEET UG application form fee for general category is Rs 1,700. General-EWS, OBC-NCL categories will have to deposit Rs 1,600 and the SC, ST, PwD, third gender categories will have to pay Rs 1,000 as registration fee.

NEET UG registration fee 2025

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET UG) registration forms will be activated soon through the official website neet.nta.nic.in. The NEET UG application form fee for general category is Rs 1,700. The registration cost for EWS, OBC-NCL categories is Rs 1,600 and the candidates, coming from to SC, ST, PwD categories, and the third gender applicants, will have to pay Rs 1,000 to write the exam.
