NEET PG 2025 registration begins today after 3 pm; two-shift, normalisation method

Download nowNEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will start the registration facility for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 today, April 17 from 3 pm onwards. Eligible candidates will be able to apply for the medical exam by visiting the official websites at natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in.
Candidates will be able to fill the NEET PG 2025 application form by May 7 and the exam is scheduled to be conducted from June 15.
There is no change in the shift timings for the NEET PG 2025 and the computer-based test will be conducted in two shifts. Morning shift will be held from 9 am to 12:30 noon, while evening shift will take place from 3:30 pm to 7 pm.
The board will declare the NEET PG 2025 results on July 15.
While NBEMS has confirmed the NEET PG 2025 exam date and shift-timings, many students have objected to the two-shift timings , and urged the medical board to conduct the exam in a single-shift as held traditionally.

NEET PG 2025: Normalisation method, exam fees
The board will adopt the normalisation process in evaluation of the NEET PG 2025 answer sheets as the exam will be conducted in multiple shifts. The medical entrance test will be conducted for admission to around 26.168 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13, 649 Master of Surgery (MS) and 922 PG Diploma in 6,102 government, private, deemed, central universities.
