Try NowNEW DELHI: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG 2022) registration last date has been extended by the National Testing Agency (NTA) up to May 20, 2022. Candidates can apply for the NEET 2022 exam on the NTA website -- neet.nta.nic.in.
Considering the request from the director-general of armed forces medical services (AFMS) of India, the NEET registration last date was extended as female candidates who want to study BSc Nursing at AFMC medical colleges are also writing the NEET UG 2022 exam from this year.
The NEET registration 2022 last date was previously May 15. According to a new public notice issued by the NTA yesterday, May 15, NEET UG 2022 candidates can submit the NEET UG 2022 application form by 9 pm on May 20, and can make the fee payment up to 11:50 pm on the same day.

"In continuation of the Public Notices dated: 01 May 2022 and 05 May 2022, and in view of the request received from the Office of Director General Armed Forces Medical Services, it has been decided to further extend the last date for submission of Application Forms of NEET (UG) - 2022," said a public notice issued by the NTA.

NEET UG 2022 exam is scheduled to be conducted on July 17. Over 16 lakh aspirants are expected to attend the NEET 2022 exam in offline mode across the country. The NEET 2022 correction window facility will be activated once the NEET application form window closes. The last date of NEET registration 2022 was already extended once before from May 6 to May 15.
