Passed Tamil Nadu 10th board exams in 2021? Here's how to fill result data in NEET UG 2023 registration form

Download EBookNEW DELHI: As boards across the country cancelled Class 10 exams in 2021 considering the menace of Covid and declared results with alternative assessment schemes, the National Testing Agency (NTA) to assist the students of Tamil Nadu board to apply and register for the NEET UG 2023 will disable result mode in the NEET UG online application form for those students.
NTA which opened the NEET UG 2023 registration window on Monday, March 6, will continue the application process till April 6.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, no examinations were conducted for 2021 batch of Class 10 Tamil Nadu board students and therefore, no marks were given in the Class 10 board exam marksheet and only pass was printed.
NTA in the NEET UG information brochure said that while filling up the online NEET UG 2023 registration form, when the candidate selects ‘Passing year’ as 2021 with ‘School Board’ as Tamil Nadu State Board of School Examination (Sec.), the Result Mode field will be disabled and the associated fields for Marks/CGPA will be invisible for Tamil Nadu State Board candidates who have passed their Class 10 in year 2021.
NEET UG 2023 will be held for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines -- BAMS, BUMS, BSMS and BHMS programmes.
MNS (Military Nursing Service) aspirants seeking admission to BSc Nursing Course being conducted at Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals for the year 2023 will also be required to qualify NEET UG. The NEET UG 2023 score will be used for shortlisting for selection to the four-year BSc Nursing programme.
