No changes made to AILET exam pattern
Unlike CLAT , which made key changes to LLM test structure, no changes have been made to the AILET test structure. There will be 150 objective type questions in both UG-AILET and AILET-PG. Each question carries one mark and 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer.
Questions in AILET UG will be framed from five sections - general knowledge, mathematics, legal aptitude, reasoning and English. The AILET PG, on the other hand, will be based on the subject of the LLB course such as criminal law, constitutional law, law of contract, jurisprudence, law of tort, international law etc.
