“The validity of such foreign degrees awarded are at times not at par with the degrees awarded to students passed from Indian institutions. Such students after getting degrees from foreign universities face issues in getting opportunities in India (Government and private sector).” AICTE said it has asked students to ensure the validity of the degree to avoid the financial burden on parents.
