NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency has reopened the CSIR NET 2020 application correction window for change in preference of exam cities opted by students. The decision has been taking into account the constraints faced by candidates due to coronavirus pandemic. The CSIR NET application correction facility has been started from October 19 and candidates can make changes in their choice of exam cities till October 20.

How to make corrections in choice of city of CSIR NET 2020?
Candidates can follow the below given steps to make corrections in their CSIR NET application form 2020:

Open the official website of CSIR UGC NET 2020

Login to the candidate portal of CSIR NET through valid credentials.

The application form of the candidate will be open on the screen.

Make changes in your preference of exam centre.
-
Save all the changes made.
-
Click on the “Submit” button.

Download the updated application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.
NTA has made clear that NTA does not make correction of any particulars, such as including Centres/Cities, based on individual emails/calls/hard copies of letter etc. As such, candidates are advised to avail the facility of correction window only through the link mentioned herewith.
About the Exam
The National Testing Agency conducts conducts Council of Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility Test (CSIR NET) to award Junior Research Fellowship and determine the eligibility of candidates as Assistant Professors/Lecturers.
