Applicants should also mention their application number in the subject line. They should have to clearly state the name of the examination concerned, NTA advisory read.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a fresh advisory for candidates to resolve grievances faster. The testing agency has asked applicants to follow specific steps while submitting grievances to help it identify applications and resolve their concerns quickly.
The NTA said that it receives a large number of grievances daily through email and social media. However, many of the complaints do not contain basic identity details.
Due to the incomplete details in the grievances applications, the testing agency finds it difficult to trace the candidate amongst lakhs of applicants and respond in a timely manner, NTA said in an official notification.
Notably, the agency has designed steps for candidates in order to submit their grievances in a proper manner that reaches the desk.
Describe your complaint briefly: NTA
The agency has advised candidates to write their registered email ID, the one used at the time of application.
Applicants should also mention their application number in the subject line. They should have to clearly state the name of the examination concerned.
It also asked candidates to describe their issues briefly and attach the relevant supporting screenshots or documents if any.
Then they should have to send their grievances to the dedicated helpdesk email for that specific examination, available on the respective exam's information bulletin and official website
In addition, the testing agency also stated that it is fully committed to addressing every candidate's concern with fairness and diligence.
