NTA Opens UGC and CSIR UGC NET Image Correction Window; Know How to Proceed

NEW DELHI, SEPTEMBER 13: National Testing Agency (NTA) has activated an image correction window for both UGC and CSIR UGC NET. Candidates who wish to rectify or change the existing picture uploaded by them can do it till October 9, 2019. To rectify the image discrepancy, candidates must visit the official website of NTA, click on the image correction link and use their credentials - application number and password. To know how to rectify the image, go through the steps below:
Steps to Rectify Image in UGC and CSIR NET Application Form

Visit the official website - nta.ac.in .

Select the exam for which the application form has been filled (UGC NET/CSIR UGC NET)

Select removing image discrepancy option

The screen will open in a login window

Enter login credentials - application number and password
-
Make the required changes
-
Save the changes made
Candidates must remember that the correction can be done only if they have not done the final submission of application form. Once the application form is submitted finally, candidates will not be able to make any kind of changes in the image or details mentioned in the application form. To go to the official site of NTA, candidase must visit - nta.ac.in.
The authority had released the application form of both UGC NET and CSIR NET on September 9, 2019. Candidates can fill the application form till October 9, 2019 along with the payment of the requisite application fee prescribed by the authority in online mode.
NTA is scheduled to conducted the UGC NET exam from December 2 to 6 while the exam of CSIR UGC NET is to be held on December 5, 2019. Both the exams will be held in online mode.
