NTET 2025 result declared; 4,107 candidates qualify, 97% attendance recorded

NTET Result 2025: A total of 6,261 postgraduate candidates registered for the exam, of whom 6,096 appeared. Candidates can check their results at exams.nta.ac.in/NTET/.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the National Teacher’s Eligibility Test (NTET) 2025 results. A total of 4,107 candidates have declared qualified in NTET 2025. Eligible candidates can check their NTET 2025 result through the official website at exams.nta.ac.in/NTET/.
A total of 6,261 postgraduate candidates from the Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy registered for the eligibility test. Out of the total registered candidates, a total of 6,096 candidates appeared for the exam. The exam was conducted on July 17 in computer-based mode across 55 centres in 40 cities.
Out of the total registered candidates, 2,211 were male and 4,050 were female. Of these, 2,135 males and 3,931 females appeared for the examination. Based on the number of registered and appeared candidates, the overall attendance in NTET 2025 was nearly 97%.
“The Role of NTA is confined to the Registration of candidates, conduct of the test, hosting of Answer Keys, inviting challenges, finalizing Answer Keys, preparing and declaring results, and hosting Score Card,” the official notice said.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the NTET scorecard 2025.
- Visit the official website: exams.nta.ac.in/NTET.
- Click on the “NTET 2025: Click Here to Download Score Card” link available on the homepage.
- Enter your application number and date of birth or password.
- Submit the details to view the NTET 2025 result.
- Download the scorecard and save it for future reference.

NTET 2025 Result: Category-wise candidates appeared
The NTET 2025 saw the highest number of registrations from the General and OBC-NCL categories, followed by SC, ST, and Gen-EWS categories. The category-wise break-up of registered and appeared candidates is as follows:
