NEW DELHI: Rail Coach Factory (RCF) Kapurthala has begun the recruitment process for various trade apprentice positions. Candidates can apply for RCF recruitment 2024 on the official website, rcf.indianrailways.gov.in. The RCF recruitment 2024 registration window is open from March 11 to April 9.
The RCF recruitment drive 2024 aims to fill a total of 550 positions. Candidates can have a look at the vacancy break-up below.

RCF Kapurthala Recruitment 2024: Eligibility
Candidates must be between the age range of 15 and 24, with 5 years of relaxation on the upper limit for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) and 3 years for Other Backward Classes (OBC). Candidates are required to have scored at least 50% in Class 10 and obtained a National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade from a recognised board. For Persons with Disability (PwD), the upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years.
RCF Kapurthala Recruitment 2024: Selection process
The selection process will be based on the final merit list. The merit list will be prepared based on matriculation marks (minimum 50% aggregate) and ITI scores in the trade.
If two candidates have equal marks, the elder candidate will be given preference. If two candidates have the same date of birth, the applicant who passed the Class 10 exam first will be considered.
For final selection, candidates are required to appear for document verification as well as undergo a medical test. The medical certificate should be signed by government-authorized doctors.
