NEET NTA Provisional Answer Key 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the challenge window for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 re-exam answer key on the official website of NTA NEET at neet.nta.nic.in. NTA has not yet published the NEET re-exam 2026 OMR sheets.
Candidates can download the provisional answer key using the details, including NEET application number and password. The re-NEET 2026 OMR response sheet is still under progress, and results will be declared at the earliest, NTA said.
Candidates can submit a challenge against the re-NEET answer key 2026 by June 28. More than 22.01 lakh aspirants registered for the examination, but only 20 lakh appeared for the re-NEET UG conducted on June 21.
Candidates will be able to calculate their probable scores using the re-NEET UG 2026 provisional answer key. Based on the challenges raised by the candidates, the NTA will roll out the NEET UG 2026 final answer key and results.

The steps to challenge the NEET answer key 2026 by entering your series code are given below.
"By clicking Submit, you confirm that the Question Paper Series Code you have entered matches the Test Booklet you attempted on 21 June 2026, and that you wish to submit the listed challenges for expert review. Submission can be made only once. Please ensure your review (Step 5) is complete before proceeding," the official NTA notice said.
As per NTA's latest update, more than 19 lakh candidates have already updated and confirmed their bank account details, and several students still have not completed the updation of their bank details. NTA has also received representations from some candidates who had earlier opted for "No refund" and now wish to revise their option.
Therefore, NTA has opened the final window to submit and update the bank deatils till June 30.
After cancelling the NEET UG 2026 examination for May 3 due to paper leak claims, the NTA conducted the re-NEET UG test on June 21 for admission to medical courses such as MBBS, BDS and allied at deemed, private and government medical colleges across the country.

The NEET UG 2026 question paper contained a total of 180 questions across Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology and Botany), holding a total of 720 marks.
