Re-NEET subject-wise analysis

Anmol Kumar, a 17-year-old candidate, told Careers360 that his re-NEET exam centre was much closer to his home than the one allotted for the May 3 exam. He was assigned Question Paper Code 70 and found the Physics section lengthy, while Chemistry was of moderate difficulty but also time-consuming. According to him, the Biology section was largely based on NCERT concepts. He said there were no out-of-syllabus questions and felt that the re-NEET paper was tougher than the exam conducted on May 3.

Sania Fatima said the Biology section in the re-NEET exam was easy, Chemistry was of moderate difficulty, and Physics was more conceptual and analytical. She was allotted Question Paper Code 70 and found the paper easier than the one conducted on May 3. According to her, the earlier exam had more formula-based Physics questions, whereas the re-NEET paper focused more on conceptual understanding. She also raised concerns about the facilities at the exam centre, saying that the fans at the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kankarbagh centre were not functioning properly and candidates were not provided drinking water facilities. Sania said she was confident that the May 3 NEET exam would eventually be cancelled.

Satakshi said she was allotted Question Paper Code 60 and was assigned an exam centre close to her residence. She found the Biology section easy, while Chemistry was moderate to difficult and lengthy. According to her, Physics was the lengthiest section in the paper. Comparing the re-NEET exam with the test held on May 3, she said that both Physics and Chemistry were tougher this time, whereas Biology was relatively easier. She noted that the questions were largely based on NCERT content. Satakshi added that she had expected to score around 620 marks in the May 3 NEET exam.
