RPSC RAS 2024 prelims application correction window opens tomorrow; edit by December 11

NEW DELHI: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) will open the application correction window for the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) preliminary exam 2024 tomorrow, November 5. Eligible candidates who applied for the RPSC RAS 2024 prelims exam can edit it through the official website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
The RPSC RAS 2024 application correction window will be open for seven days till December 11. During this period candidates will be able to edit all the fields except their name, photo, father’s name, date of birth, and gender.
“As per the conditions mentioned in the advertisement for the said examination, candidates will be given an opportunity to make corrections online, except for the name, photo, father’s name, date of birth, and gender, from December 5 to December 11, 2024,” English translation of official notice read.
RPSC RAS 2024 Prelims Exam: Correction fee
Candidates who want to edit their RPSC RAS 2024 application will have to pay a correction fee of Rs 500 through e-Mitra or online banking. The commission has proposed to conduct the RAS preliminary examination, 2024 on February 2, 2025. The recruitment drive is being held to fill a total of 733 posts, of which 346 are State Services posts and 387 Subordinate Service posts.
To make corrections, candidates can visit the official website and select "Apply Online," or log into the SSO Portal. From there, navigate to "Citizen Apps (G2C)" and choose "Recruitment Portal."

RPSC RAS Exam 2024: Option to withdraw applications
The board further informed that candidates who do not meet the prescribed educational qualifications and experience as per the advertisement but have submitted online applications may face action under Section 217 of the Indian Penal Code. They may also be barred from future recruitment examinations conducted by the Commission.
Such candidates can withdraw their applications by logging into the SSO Portal, selecting the "Recruitment Portal" under the "My Recruitment Section," and clicking on the "Withdraw" button available for the concerned examination from December 5 to December 11, 2024.
