Shoolini University commences academic session 2020 online

New Delhi: Shoolini University has started a new academic session with the induction and orientation online, from August 5, 2020. Vice Chancellor PK Khosla, Shoolini University introduced the online education system to the students.
During the orientation, the VC said, “The university is all set to conduct online education for all students. It would include practicals as well as SPRINT (a skill development programme), to be conducted virtually. Emphasis of online learning will be on engaging and interacting with students and making them creative even in this tough time of COVID-19.”
PRO-VC Atul Khosla introduced New Education Policy and elaborated Shoolini University’s objectives regarding new learning experience. He ensured to bring the best from the technology and make a world class learning experience.
Students will be able to do minors along with major subjects. Not only this, but they will also undergo exchange programmes and practical training as soon as everything gets normal. Besides this, the students will also learn by synchronised and asynchronised methods and will be provided with the best content.
The varsity also inaugurated YS Parmar e-studio to celebrate the 114th birth anniversary of the architect and first chief minister of Himachal Pradesh. The e-studio is one of the 50 such e-studios being created in the campus to meet the requirement of teaching online. Each of the e-studios would have Internet and Ethernet connectivity to deliver lectures online.
A Van Mahotsav was also inaugurated to honour the memory of the late chief minister. Over 1,000 saplings would be planted during the Vanmahotsav.
