SSB Odisha Lecturer Recruitment 2024: The selection process includes career assessment test, written test, viva.
NEW DELHI: The Odisha State Selection Board has commenced the online registration window for the recruitment of lecturers for the state's institutions. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 786 vacancies. Interested and eligible can fill the SSB Odisha lecturer recruitment 2024 application form by visiting the official website, ssbodisha.ac.in.
To complete the registration candidates are required to pay an application fee. Candidates belonging to the unreserved, SEBC category are required to pay Rs 500, whereas candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Person with Disabilities (PwD) categories (with 40% or more permanent disability) will have to pay Rs 200.
SSB Odisha Lecturer Recruitment 2024: Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 42 as of January 1, 2024. The upper age restriction is removed for reserved category applicants in accordance with the norms. In addition, candidates must have a master's degree in the relevant field from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade. Candidates from the SC, ST, SEBC, or PwD categories must hold a Master's degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade.
SSB Odisha Lecturer Recruitment 2024: Selection process
The SSB Odisha lecturer selection process includes career assessment test, written test, viva. The career assessment and viva carries 25 marks each. The written test will be held offline and carries 150 marks. There will be only 100 questions in total. Candidates will get 1.5 marks for each correct answer and 0.5 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer. The paper will consist of multiple-choice questions only.
