Meanwhile, the SSC CGL tier 2 exam date 2024 has been announced and will be held on January 18, 19, and 20. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the SSC CGL tier 1 result
The SSC CGL recruitment drive 2024 is being held to fill a total of 17,727 vacancies for Group B and Group C posts under various ministries and departments of Government of India.

SSC CGL Result 2024: Tie-breaking criteria
In case of equal marks or rank in the final merit list between two or more candidates, the commission uses the tie-breaking criteria which is as follows:
- Total marks of candidates in Tier 1
- Total marks of candidates in Tier 2
- Date of birth
- Alphabetical order of names.
