NEW DELHI - The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to conduct the SSC CHSL 2020 exam on October 12, 2020. SSC issued the exam day guidelines for all the candidates who have to appear for the exam. As per the SSC CHSL exam day guidelines, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, aspirants need to keep in mind a few important things to ensure the safety of themselves as well as others in the surrounding. Here we have shared the SSC CHSL 2020 exam day guidelines for all the candidates who are ready to appear in the exam tomorrow.

SSC CHSL 2020 Exam Day Guidelines
It is important to reach the exam centre at least an hour before the reporting time to ensure that the pre-exam medical checks and verification is done smoothly.
Candidates must mandatorily wear a mask or shield, carry a sanitiser (small bottle) with themselves.
The face mask can only be removed in case of verification purpose.
A transparent water bottle needs to be carried by the candidate.
A printout of the COVID-19 self-declaration form provided with admission certificate (admit card).
Two copies of their latest coloured passport size photograph.
CHSL aspirants will also have to follow the social distancing guidelines at the exam centre.
Carry the SSC CHSL admit card to the exam centre along with a valid ID proof like Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driving License or Passport in original format.
As released on October 07, 2020, SSC will make separate/isolated sitting arrangements for candidates who will have high temperature or cough. This comes in addition to the earlier guidelines which said that "Candidates with fever, cough etc, will be allowed to appear in the examination in a separate isolated sitting arrangement"
Items prohibited in the SSC CHSL exam hall
Items such as watches, books, pens, paper chits, magazines, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, headphones, pen/ buttonhole/ spy cameras, scanner, calculator, storage devices are strictly not allowed.
Candidates found in possession of the same will be debarred from the exam hall and also strict action might be taken against the candidate.
Candidates must also avoid wearing/carrying items like nose pins, earrings, bracelets etc.
