SSC JE application correction window open at ssc.gov.in; exam from June 4

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has opened the application form correction window Junior Engineer (JE) exam 2024 today, April 22. Candidates who complete the SSC JE 2024 registration process can make changes in the required field by tomorrow April 23.

Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and password to log in and edit the SSC JE application form 2024. Candidates will be allowed to make changes in the candidate's name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender and matriculation roll number in the SSC JE 2024 application form 2024.

The SSC JE 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on June 4, 5, 6. The SSC will soon issue the region-wise SSC JE admit card on the official website of the respective region.

Candidates who have submitted their application for SSC JE 2024 can check its status through the SSC official website, ssc.gov.in. By checking the application status they can know if their application has been accepted by SSC or not.

To check the status of the SSC JE application form for 2024, candidates should click on the "View Application Status of SSC JE" button and enter their registration number, date of birth, gender, and captcha.

SSC JE 2024: Selection process

SSC JE 2024 selection process will have three stages including paper 1, paper 2 and documents verification. Paper 1 carries 200 marks in total, while paper 2 is worth 300 marks. Both papers consist of multiple-choice questions.

In Paper 1, candidates will incur a deduction of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer, while in paper 2, the negative marking is one mark per wrong answer. The subject-wise number of questions is given in the table below.
