TANCET 2023 registration begins at tancet.annauniv.edu; Eligibility criteria, steps to apply

NEW DELHI: Anna University, Chennai has started the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET 2023) registration today, February 1. Aspiring candidates can register for TANCET 2023 online through the official website-- tancet.annauniv.edu till February 22, 2023.
The TANCET 2023 entrance exam for MCA, MBA programme will be held on March 25 from 10 AM to 12 Noon and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, respectively. For TANCET MBA,MCA 2023 programme, the registration fee for SC, SCA and ST candidates is Rs 500, while for other candidates is Rs 1,000.
TANCET 2023 Eligibility criteria
For MBA programme

Candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s degree of a minimum of three years of duration in any discipline from a recognized university.

Candidates who belong to the General category need to secure 50 percent marks and there is a relaxation of 5 percent marks for those who belong to the reserved category.
For MCA programme
- Candidates must posses a Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in B.C.A. or B.Sc. (Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent), or should have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration.
- Candidates who belong to the General category need to secure 50 percent marks, while BC, BCM, MBC, SC, SCA and ST candidates eed to secure 45 percent marks.

- On the homepage, click on the registration link.
- Complete the TANCET registration process by filling out the necessary details.
- Verify the details and pay the application fee.
- Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
