TBSE TRBT Recruitment 2020- 297 Government Teacher and 40 Assistant Professors Vacancies to be Released Soon

NEW DELHI: The Tripura Government is planning to recruit 279 school teachers and 40 assistant professors. The teacher and assistant professor recruitment are for government degree colleges for different subjects. This recruitment news was shared by the Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath. As per the news update, 175 graduate teachers (GT), and 65 Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) will be recruited. Apart from these, 42 Undergraduate teachers (UGT), 15 Graduate Teachers will also be recruited for the primary education level. These teachers will be shortlisted for Elementary, High and Higher Secondary levels. The final selection of these teachers will be through a competitive examination. The exam will be conducted by the Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC).
There are 40 Assistant Professors recruitment as well which will include 4 assistant professors for the Bengali language, 10 for the English language, 5 each in the Education faculty as well as History, 4 for Political Science, Human Physiology, Sanskrit language and 2 each for Geology and Botany.
Earlier, TRBT (Teachers Recruitment Board, Tripura) was asked to send a list of candidates who were on the waiting list of earlier teacher recruitment test results. The list has been asked for recruitment. So there might be chances that previous candidates from the waiting list will be given first preference.
