Use NowKaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has published the Telangana NEET PG 2025 round 1 provisional merit list under the competent authority quota for the academic year 2025-26. A total of 3,047 candidates have been declared eligible for the competent authority quota and only three under the PwD category.
The list of eligible candidates has been prepared after the verification of uploaded certificates, the university said. An analysis of the Telangana NEET PG merit list 2025 shows that the NEET PG cut-off marks for candidates in the first provisional merit list range between 664 and 235.
Upon document verification, the KNRUHS has also found 285 candidates ineligible for the Telangana NEET PG admission 2025 due to non-submission of relevant certificates and mostly due to non-local status.
Notably, a candidate with NEET PG rank 98 and 665 marks – one mark more than the topper in merit list - has been denied the eligibility due to non-local status.
While three PwD candidates were declared eligible for the disabled category, three did not appear for the verification process scheduled on November 7, the university said.
Telangana NEET PG 2025 grievance portal
Candidates whose names are listed in the non-eligible category can submit their grievances by sharing supporting documents on email ID: knrpgadmissions@gmail.com before 5 pm on November 14. Grievances received after the deadline will not be considered and the final merit list will be published after addressing the complaints, it said.
In a recent government order, officials announced that 15% of management quota (MQ1) category seats are open to the candidates from all over the country, and the remaining 85% of MQ1 category seats in non-minority and minority private medical colleges are reserved for local candidates of Telangana.
In line with the decision, the registrations for the Telangana NEET PG counselling were reopened . Candidates applying for MD, MS, PG diploma courses under the management quota will be able to register by 5 pm today.
