TG EAPCET 2024 Seat Allotment: Options available
In TG EAPCET 2024, after the seat allotment, students have three primary options: Freeze, Float, and Slide. These options determine the next steps for a student based on their satisfaction with the allotted seat:
-
Freeze : Choosing the freeze option means the student is satisfied with the seat they have been allotted and wishes to confirm their admission to that particular college and course. They will not be considered for further rounds of counselling.
-
Float : With the float option, the student can accept the currently allotted seat but still remain in contention for better options in subsequent rounds. If they are allotted a preferred choice in the next round, they can move to that without losing the current seat.
-
Slide : The slide option allows students to stay in the same college but seek an upgrade in their course or branch in future rounds. It’s a way to accept the college but aim for a better course within the same institution based on availability.
The TG EAPCET 2024 counselling is being held for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (MPC) stream students seeking admissions into Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharmacy) and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) courses.
