TNEA 2019 Round 1 Choice Filling Commences; Check Details Here

NEW DELHI, JULY 8: The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu has started the choice filling process for Round 1 of TNEA 2019 counselling. The adding and locking of choices is being held round-wise for candidates as per their allotted ranks which was published in the rank list. All of the candidates will have to fill their choice of colleges and courses as per their preference for the allotment procedure.
Candidates who have secured ranks between 1 to 9872 and have completed the initial payment process can participate in the choice filling procedure. For Round 1, the choice filling will be open till July 10, 2019 (5 PM).
Steps for TNEA 2019 Choice Filling

Visit the official website of TNEA 2019 ( tneaonline.in )

Candidates will have to provide their login/email ID and password.

Click on “Sign In”

The candidates will have to select their choice of colleges and courses as per their preference

Click on “Submit”
While filling the choices, the candidates should remember to do the selection in the order of preference. As many choices as possible should be selected by the candidates. During allotment, the choices selected by the candidates will be checked by the authorities. Allotment of candidates will be done as per the preferences selected, secured ranks and availability of seats.
The fee payment process for the second round of counselling (for candidates ranking from 9873 to 30926) has also started today. The choice filling for the second round will commence from July 13, 2019.
