TS ICET 2024 registration starts tomorrow; schedule, eligibility criteria

NEW DELHI : Kakatiya University, Warangal has announced the schedule for Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) 2024. Accordingly, TS ICET 2024 registration will begin tomorrow, March 7. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply for the exam through the official website, icet.tsche.ac.in.
TS ICET 2024 exam will be conducted on June 4, 5 for admission to MBA and MCA programmes offered by state management institutions for the academic session 2024-25. The university will hold the exam on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
The eligibility criteria for admission into MBA and MCA programmes:
- For MBA, candidates should have passed a bachelor degree of minimum three-year duration (BA/BCom/ BSc/BBA/BBM/BCA/BE /BTech/ BPharmacy/ any three or four-year degree except oriental languages).
- For MCA, candidates should have passed BCA/BSc/ BCom/BA with mathematics at Class 12 or at graduation level.
- The qualifying degree obtained under distance mode programmes or Open Distance Learning (ODL) should have recognition by a joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC or DEB as per UGC regulations.
- Candidates must secure a minimum of 50 per cent marks in case of unreserved categories (45% for SC/ST/BC) in the qualifying degree or its equivalent examination.
