TS Inter Exams 2025: Over 4.3 lakh 1st-year students appear on day 4; 6 malpractice cases reported

TS Inter 1st Year Exam 2025: A total of 13,022 students were absent in Telangana Class 11 board exam 2025. Three cheating cases reported in TS Class 12 board exam on day 3.
NEW DELHI: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) conducted the Intermediate Public Examination (IPE) March 2025 today, March 13, for first-year students. The TS Inter 1st year exam 2025 was held for Mathematics-IB, Zoology-I, and History-I papers. The board reported six cases of malpractice—one from Karimnagar, four from Siddipet, and one from Hyderabad.
As per the official press release, a total of 4,43,783 students registered for the TS Inter 1st year board exam 2025 . Out of these 4,30,761 students appeared for the exam, while 13,022 students were absent. The absentee rate on the fourth day of TS Class 11 board exam 2025 stood at 2.93%.
To ensure a smooth and fair examination process, the Telangana board deployed flying and sitting squads along with other experienced examination personnel. Observers were also sent to Khammam, Adilabad, Hanamkonda, Siddipet, and Medchal districts. They reported that the exams were conducted peacefully without any untoward incidents.
“Observers were sent to Khammam, Adilabad, Hanakonda, Siddipet and Medchal Districts from the Board to the Examination centers and they reported that the Examinations had been conducted smoothly and peacefully, without any untoward incidents,” the official press release said.
Earlier, TGBIE issued directives to the district examination committee members for smooth conduct of Telangana inter exams 2025. The board also gave orders to install advanced CCTV surveillance systems across government, private, and residential junior colleges ahead of the exams.
TS Inter 2nd Year Exam 2025: Three cheating cases on day 3
The board had conducted the TS Inter 2nd Year exam 2025 on March 12 for Mathematics-IIA, Botany-II, and Political Science-II subjects. A total of 4,67,289 students registered, with 4,54,031 appearing for the exam and 13,258 students remaining absent. In TS Intermediate Class 12 board exam 2025, three cases of malpractice were reported, including two from Nizamabad and one from Siddipet.
TS intermediate exams 2025 are schedule to be held from March 5 to March 25, 2025, for both 1st and 2nd-year students. The next TS inter 1st year exam 2025 will take place on March 17 for Physics and Economics Paper-I.
The next TS inter 1st year exam 2025 will be held on March 15, 20 for Mathematics Paper-IIB, History Paper-II, Zoology Paper-II. The exam will take place from 9 am to 12 noon.
