TS PGECET Counselling 2026: Registration last date extended to July 16

TGCHE has revised the TS PGECET counselling 2026 schedule after extending the registration deadline for postgraduate engineering and architecture admissions.
The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has extended the registration deadline for round 1 of the Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) 2026 counselling process. Candidates seeking admission to the Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Technology (MTech) and Master of Architecture (MArch) programmes can now register online till July 16, 2026, at pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in.

TS PGECET counselling 2026 revised schedule
As per the revised counselling schedule, online verification, fee payment and uploaded certificates can be done by July 16. The list of verified eligible candidates will be displayed on July 18. Web option entry for TS PGECET round 1 will be held from July 19 to 21, followed by the web option editing facility on July 22.
The TS PGECET round 1 seat allotment result 2026 will be announced on July 26, while candidates allotted seats will have to report for document verification between July 27 and 30. The schedule for physical verification of special category certificates remains unchanged and will be conducted from July 7 to 9.
Steps to register for TS PGECET 2026 counselling
Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to complete the TS PGECET counselling registration process.
- Visit the official TS PGECET counselling website, pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in.
- Click on the TS PGECET 2026 counselling registration link.
- Enter the login credentials.
- Pay the TS PGECET counselling processing fee online.
- Fill in the application form and upload the required documents.
- Complete the online verification process.
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference.
Documents required for TS PGECET counselling 2026
Candidates are advised to keep the following documents while completing the counselling process.
- TS PGECET 2026 rank card/scorecard (or GATE/GPAT scorecard, if applicable)
- TS PGECET 2026 hall ticket
- SSC/Class 10 marks memo or pass certificate (proof of date of birth)
- Intermediate/Class 12 marks memo
- Degree or provisional certificate of the qualifying examination
- Consolidated marks memorandum (CMM) / semester-wise mark sheets
- Study certificates from Class 10 to the qualifying degree
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Aadhaar card or another valid photo identity proof
- Residence/Domicile certificate (if applicable)
- Integrated Community/Caste certificate (for SC, ST, BC candidates)
- Income certificate (if applicable)
- EWS certificate (for EWS category candidates)
- Special category certificates such as NCC, CAP, PH (PwD), or Sports, wherever applicable
- Passport-size photographs
Those who complete the TS PGECET registration, certificate verification and fee payment process will be eligible to participate in the subsequent seat allotment process.
