: On May 26, Uttar Pradesh deputy chief minister, Dinesh Sharma told ANI that a decision on UP board exams 2021 will be taken by the end of this month after discussion with the chief minister. The board is expected to release the UP Board exam date 2021 by May 31.

As per Aaj Tak report, “It is possible that the board will announce Class 10 UP board exam cancelled 2021 and students will be promoted based on their performance in Class 9.”
Earlier, the deputy chief minister said that the printing of question paper has been completed and answer sheets have also been prepared. A decision will be soon taken after discussing and analyzing the current situation.
“We have already printed the papers, made sets of decoded copies, and allocated 8,513 centers to follow social distancing during examinations. We're analysing COVID situation. We'll discuss with the CM and the final decision will likely be taken by the end of this month,” said deputy CM Dinesh Sharma.
The state health minister has also given green signal to the UP board examination .So, it is expected that the UP board will release a new date sheet soon on their official website - upmsp.up.nic.in.
UP health minister Jai Pratap Singh told ANI, “When the education dept will finalise (dates for 12th board exams) then the health dept will see how to maintain COVID protocols in centers. We've conducted panchayat polls & other programs following COVID protocols. So, it won't be difficult for us.”
