NEW DELHI - The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has successfully conducted the CSE (Civil Services Examination) Paper 2 exam today. The GS Paper 2 was conducted from 02:30 to 04:30 in offline mode. The question paper was of CSAT (Civil Service Aptitude Test). Candidates from all over India appeared for the UPSC CSE 2020 preliminary exam for both the papers (GS 1 and GS 2). Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, aspirants turned up in good numbers and UPSC also took great measures to successfully conduct the exam at the exam centres.
UPSC CSE 2020 Highlights

IAS Prelims is qualifying in nature and candidates just have to get a minimum of 33% to be qualified for the Mains.

The number of candidates admitted to Mains is about twelve to thirteen times the number of vacancies of UPSC CSE 2020.

The UPSC CSE mains 2020 is scheduled for January 08, 2021.

Second Paper was okay. It is qualifying in nature and consists of 33% marks.

Candidates can score 33% on the basis of Maths and Reasoning as it was normal like.
