NEW DELHI, MARCH 14: Candidates who want to take admission in engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh can take a breather as the UPSEE 2018 application form will now close on March 30. AKTU has announced the extension of the dates till March 30. The exam will be held on April 29, 2018
Before filling the application form, candidates need to ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, as otherwise applications will not be accepted. The application filling process includes steps like registration, uploading of essential documents, and payment of application fee. It is recommended that candidates only use genuine and correct information to fill the form. Aadhaar number is not mandatory for filling the UPSEE application form.

How to fill UPSEE 2018 Application Form
AKTU, which is the exam conducting authority, will open the application correction facility tentatively after March 30. Using the correction facility, candidates will be able to correct some of the details in the submitted application form. To make the corrections, the candidate will have to log-in to individual accounts using the password and application number. Details that cannot be corrected include – application number, name, name of parents, and also date of birth.
Candidates who successfully fill the UPSEE 2018 application form will be issued admit cards on April 20. Before downloading the admit card, the candidates need to check that the details mentioned on it are correct and legible; in case of any discrepancy they need to get in touch with exam conducting authorities. The admit card will carry details like the name of the candidate, roll number, date and time of exam, address of exam centre, and also exam guidelines.
The UPSEE 2018 entrance exam will be held in offline mode on April 29. Candidates will be given OMR sheets where they have to enter their choices. The question paper will include a total of 150 MCQs which has to be answered in 3 hours. Each question will carry 4 marks; there is no negative marking. Questions will be asked in both Hindi and English.
