Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025: Education ministry to organise regional language mentoring sessions

MoE will organise the sessions on Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil languages on October 24 and 25.
The Ministry of Education is going to organise regional language mentoring sessions for students participating in the Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025. The two-day sessions will be held on October 24 and 25 to guide students on ideation and prototyping.
“Regional Language Mentoring Sessions are being organised to guide students on ideation and prototyping, helping young innovators refine their ideas and bring them closer to reality,” said the education ministry in a post on X.
MoE encouraged the students associated with the buildathon to note the dates and participate actively in these mentoring sessions to make the most of this learning opportunity.

Over 1 crore students and more than 3 lakh schools participated in the event held on October 13 in New Delhi. Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated the buildathon for school students.
During a two-hour live challenge, students from Classes 6 to 12 worked in the teams of 3 to 5 to ideate and build prototypes on four themes including atmanirbhar Bharat, swadeshi, vocal for local, and samriddhi.
The contest features an award pool of Rs 1 crore. The prize money will be distributed amongst 10 national-level, 100 state-level, and 1,000 district-level winners. The event was organised by the education ministry in collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) and NITI Aayog.
