To check the result, candidates will have to enter their VITEEE 2018 application number and date of birth. As soon as the candidates will click on the submit button, their VITEEE result will be displayed at the screen.
It is necessary that candidates check all the details mentioned over their result which includes their name, application number, gender, score and rank.
The result of VITEEE is calculated based on Equipercentile Equating Method. The University adjusts score of candidates on test forms in a statistical method. Then these scores are taken on different test forms to make a comparison for merit list and ranking of the candidates. This is to be noted that this method is used to identify the percentile ranks for candidates whereby scores on different forms with the same percentile rank will be considered equal.
Candidates who qualify in the VITEEE entrance exam, will have to appear in the counselling process which is expected to be conducted in 2 phases. The Phase I counselling will be held from May 9 to 11, 2018. During the counselling, qualifying candidates will be called in to participate in the process according to their ranks. Candidates will be called on different days as per their merit ranks. While participating in the counselling procedure, candidates will have to pay the counselling or admission fee and get their documents verified.
After the document verification, candidates will be allotted branches as per their rank or scores in entrance exam in the order of preference and availability of seats. Candidates will be required to upload photograph/finger print/digital signature and upload the documents on the student profile. Candidates can make hostel enquiries too at the time of counselling or admission procedure.
