The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has issued the revised brochure and announced new dates for WBJEE decentralised counselling 2026 for phase 1 and 2 engineering and pharmacy admissions.

WBJEEB revised the admission eligibility criteria in the brochure, allowing candidates who have been allotted a seat in WBJEE counselling 2026 to participate in decentralised online admission rounds after facing backlash from teachers and students.

However, as per the revised WBJEE decentralised counselling 2026 guidelines, those who are already admitted to a particular college/institute or stream/discipline combination (For Example: ‘X’ college ‘Y’ stream) are not eligible to seek the same combination again through decentralised counselling.

Candidates will have to pay a one-time registration fee for WBJEE decentralised counselling 2026 of Rs 250. Candidates can apply for WBJEE decentralised counselling 2026 phase 1 round 1 admission on wbjeeb.nic.in, from September 7 onwards.
