NEW DELHI: West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has postponed the Class 10 and 12 exams 2021 on account of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, according to a PTI report. The WB Board exams 2021 will not be held in June now. The revised exam dates will be announced by the board soon.

As per the PTI tweet, “West Bengal board exams for Class 10, 12 will not be held in June, revised schedule to be announced later: Official.”

West Bengal Madhyamik exams 2021 were slated to be held from June 1 to 10, 2021. While WBCHSE exams 2021 were scheduled from June 15 to July 2, 2021.

Earlier, the West Bengal board has informed the Bengal school education department that it is not possible to conduct the WB Madhyamik exam 2021 from June 1 due to COVID-19. WBCHSE has also canceled the Class 11 HS board exam 2021 due to the same reason stated above.
