West Central Railway Recruitment 2023: The last date to apply is January 14.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Railways, West Central (WCR) division has commenced the applications for the posts of Apprentice. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the application form on the official website at wcr.indianrailways.gov.in.
The railway recruitment drive aims to fill 3,105 positions. The registration process begins today, December 15, and will end on January 14, 2024.

Candidates must have passed the class 10 examination or its equivalent under the 10+2 examination system with at least 50% in aggregate from a recognised board. They must also have a National Trade Certificate in the trade issued by NCVT or SCVT. The candidate's age should be between 15 and 24 years old.
The merit list will be prepared on the basis of average marks obtained in Class 10 examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) plus ITI or trade marks.
Selected candidates will be employed as apprentices for the duration of the specified trade and will be given a stipend during their training as per existing guidelines.
No hostel housing will be provided, and successful applicants will be required to make their own arrangements throughout their training in accordance with the Apprentices Act 1961.
Railway Recruitment 2023: Application fee
The application fee for candidates belonging to general category is Rs 136, while candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwBD), and women candidates are required to pay Rs 36.
