NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the provisional answer key for the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination 2025 (AISSEE 2025) on its official website at exams.nta.ac.in. Students, who appeared in the written test, can challenge the answer key using their login details such as application number and date of birth, by tomorrow, May 7.

The testing agency has also released the AISSEE 2025 OMR answer sheet and recorded responses, along with the provisional answer key. Students can calculate their probable scores with the help of OMR answer sheets and recorded responses.

Students can raise objections against the OMR answer sheet by paying a requisite fee of Rs 100 per recorded response through debit or credit card or internet banking by tomorrow.

Notably, students can also challenge the provisional answer key by paying Rs 200 per question, as per the official notice.

It is important to note that no challenge will be accepted without receipt of processing fee and the challenges made by the students will be verified by subject experts.

NTA to verify AISSEE 2025 challenges

“Representations made by the candidates against the OMR grading will be verified by the NTA from the actual record and the same will be updated in the data, if challenges. No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee. Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts. If found correct, the answer key will be revised accordingly,” the NTA notice reads.

The testing agency will prepare the results for the AISEE 2025 on the basis of the revised final answer key. “No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non acceptance of her/his challenge. The key finalized after the challenge will be final,” it added.

The NTA conducted the AISSEE 2025 entrance test on April 5 for admission to class 6 and 9 for the academic year 2025-26. The entrance exam was a pen-and-paper-based test, which was held in two shifts.

Class 6 exam was conducted from 2 pm to 4:30 pm, whereas the written exam for class 9 took place from 2 pm to 5 pm. Students should have to score at least 25% marks in each subject and 40% marks in aggregate in order to pass the entrance examination.
