Anant National University begins Bachelor of Visual Arts admission 2023; Apply till March 19

Candidates can apply for the four-year Bachelor of Visual Arts programme online through the official website-- anu.edu.in till March 19, 2023.
NEW DELHI: Anant National University, Ahmedabad has announced the admission process for the Bachelor of Visual Arts programme for 2023-24 academic year. The university has released the application form in the online mode on its website-- anu.edu.in. Aspiring candidates can apply for the four-year Bachelor of Visual Arts programme till March 19, 2023.
The School of Creative Practices and Entrepreneurship (SCOPE) at Anant National University will prepare, train and equips students in fine arts, art history and aesthetics. Students who will pursue the degree course can also specialise in painting, sculpting and multimedia.
The university official release reads: "The eight-semester curriculum is designed to train students to be flexible thinkers, proficient makers, and lifelong learners by exploring visual art concepts, research and studio skills, and critical thinking and practices."
"The students will gain various art-making skills through core studio courses focused on 2D, 3D, and 4D inflexions. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of artistic theories and concepts through conceptual exploration, practice, readings, discussions, and critiques in core seminars," it added.
Dr Anunaya Chaubey, Provost, Anant National University, said: "The programme is ideal for students who can think critically, are creative, curious, and eager to push the boundaries of art and explore the transformative potential of visual arts in the real world."
