Candidates appearing for AP ICET 2026 must carry essential documents to the exam centre, including a valid photo ID proof, the AP ICET 2026 hall ticket, and a recent passport-size photograph for verification purposes.
Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying certain items to the AP ICET 2026 exam centre, including calculators, mathematical or log tables, loose papers, mobile phones, and watches of any kind. Additionally, items such as large spectacles, caps, and metal jewellery are not allowed inside the examination hall.

AP ICET Exam 2026: Marking scheme and section-wise breakup
The AP ICET 2026 marking scheme is simple and student-friendly. For every correct answer, candidates are awarded +1 mark, and importantly, there is no negative marking for incorrect responses. Unattempted questions also carry no penalty, meaning candidates can attempt all questions without the risk of losing marks. The exam consists of 200 multiple-choice questions, making the total score 200 marks.

The AP ICET exam comprises a total of 200 questions to be attempted within 150 minutes. The question paper is divided into three sections: Mathematical Ability with 55 questions, Analytical Ability with 75 questions, and Communication Ability consisting of 70 questions, covering a range of topics to assess candidates’ aptitude and skills.
