Download NowNEW DELHI: Bar Council of India has released the list of candidates falling under data mismatch and documents without self-attestation. Further, the BCI has also advised the applicants to check their AIBE application status to ensure that they have been registered successfully. The Bar Council Exam is scheduled to be conducted on August 16.
It should be noted that the BCI guidelines clearly state that the candidates must fill the correct information on their application form and submit the self-attested documents. Candidates who fail to submit the application as per the instructions will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
What is the data mismatch category?

Candidates falling under this category have submitted their documents without doing the self-attestation. The conducting body has released the AIBE application on May 16 and the applicants can register for the exam till July 27. The AIBE is an important exam for the law graduates and is an open book exam which is conducted in offline mode. Those who clear the exam successfully are awarded the “Certificate of Practice” which is mandatory for practising law in any court established in India.
