The practical exams for those students who applied for admission to Bachelor of Visual Arts and Bachelor of Performing Arts are scheduled to take place from August 16. BHU said that only those candidates who completed the application form will be considered for admission. Those students who did not complete the form will, however, be able to register for the mop-up round counselling.

Candidates who have been alloted seats will have to accept the offer of admission to remain in the counselling system. They will have to make the payment before the deadline else the offer made will be withdrawn.
Those who have been allotted more than one course as per their eligibility, will have to choose a preferred course. The university will then withdraw the other offers made to the candidate.
Applicants who are not allotted seats in round 1 will be waitlisted and will be considered for the subsequent round. After the regular round is over on August 12, the university will start the BHU admission mop-up round 2023 for the leftover seats.
