CAT 2026 application form correction facility soon at iimcat.ac.in; MBA entrance exam on November 29

The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) will open the CAT 2026 form correction window soon on its official website at iimcat.ac.in. Registered candidates will be able to make changes to specific fields in their Common Admission Test (CAT) application form.

As per the previous year, candidates will be allowed to update their signature image and photograph, exam city preferences through the CAT correction window 2026.

However, personal and academic details will remain locked for correction in the CAT 2026 online application form.

The management institute closed the CAT 2026 registration on September 22 at 5 pm and according to various media reports, the CAT correction window will be active by the end of September.

CAT 2026: Admit card, exam shifts, marking scheme

IIM Indore will conduct CAT 2026 on November 29 in three shifts for admission to MBA and PGDM programmes at participating IIMs and other management institutes.

The morning shift will be held from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, the afternoon session will take place from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and the evening slot will be held from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

According to the schedule, the CAT 2026 admit card will be issued on November 4 and will be available for download until November 29. The results will be held in the first week of January 2027.

Notably, CAT 2026 scores will be valid until December 31, 2027 for admission to various post graduate programmes in the management field.

The CAT 2026 exam paper will be available in computer-based mode and will include several sections such as verbal ability, reading comprehension, date interpretation, and logical reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Aptitude (QA).

As per the marking scheme, three marks will be given for each correct answer, and one mark will be deducted for each wrong response.
