"CISCE board postponed the first term exams for classes 10, 12," quoted news agency PTI Gerry Arathoon as saying.
Meanwhile, the reason to postpone class 10 and 12 term 1 examination for 2021-22 session have not been known. However, the board will issue the revised time table for term 1 exams for classes 10 and 12 in due course of time.

The first semester examinations were scheduled to be held in next month. The date sheet for ICSE and ISC exams was released on September 9, 2021.
As per the time table, The Class 10 (ICSE) exam was scheduled from November 15 to December 6, 2021. The Class 12 (ISC) exam was to be conducted from November 15 and to December 16, 2021. Now, the board has decided not to conduct the exams.
Earlier, this year, the CISCE board had cancelled both ICSE and ISC board exams due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results were prepared on the basis of evaluation criteria.
