NEW DELHI, JANUARY 30: The CMAT 2019 answer key is expected to be released by early February by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam was conducted on Monday, January 28, 2019, in two slots. According to NTA, the official CMAT 2019 answer key along with the candidates’ recorded responses will be available on the NTA website. Although the date has not been released yet, it is expected that the answer key will be available in the first week of February 2019 itself. The result will be declared by February 8, 2019.
CMAT Answer Key Objection Filing
If the candidates are not satisfied with answer keys or the recorded responses, they may challenge by filling an online application form and paying a processing charge of Rs.1000 per question. The objection filing fee can be paid by credit card, debit card or net banking. The processing charge is non-refundable.
The process of filing challenge and the way forward has not been stated by NTA yet. The exam conducting authority has also not announced the steps to be taken if the challenges turn out to be valid.
What after filing the CMAT Answer Key challenge?
According to NTA, the result will be compiled on the basis of the final answer key. No grievance or re-evaluation request would be accepted or entertained after the declaration of the result. The raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate will be considered further for computation of the CMAT 2019 result.
It is estimated that around 65,000 candidates had appeared for CMAT 2019 on January 28. Due to snowfall and landslides, CMAT 2019 was postponed to January 29, 2019, in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. More than 500 B-schools will accept CMAT scores for the admission to 2019-21 batch.
